To wind down this Star Wars weekend, I decided to recreate the blue milk that’s currently in stores using some preferred ingredients - my milk of choice, a reduced butterfly pea flower (creates a natural blue dye!), and a high quality vanilla syrup resulted in a seriously delicious concoction. Who else has made a geeky-inspired food lately?
