Beyond excited!!!!! When I first started collecting legacy lightsabers, the lightsabers of one of my favorite Star Wars characters was already unavailable. Asajj Ventress has become an incredibly popular character so her sabers on the secondary market were just too expensive (especially to get both). In 2022 during May the 4th her yellow saber from “Dark Disciple” was released. I was able to pick that up. Due to her death in that novel we figured that was the end of Ventress’ story. But this year during the trailer for the Bad Batch season 3 we hear a familiar voice and lo and behold there she was Ventress had returned. I don’t know how the story will unfold but I am looking forward to it. Then this weekend I found that Disney was doing a box set release of Asajj Ventress’ legacy lightsabers. Releasing in the park one day after my sister had been there 😱🤦🏻‍♂️. But also releasing on the site at 8am March 11! I sat patiently waiting in the waiting room for my chance. Only 1500 of the 4500 available on the site. I was 1405 in line. But it moved quickly and in about 6 min I got in. I clicked add to bag and…this item is sold out 😢😭😭. Not to be denied I couldn’t believe they all went so quickly so I just kept hitting add to bag. After about 4 min of rejection it added it to my cart!!!! Sabers acquired I am sooooo excited (so much so I forgot to add the code for free shipping 🤦🏻‍♂️ now I just await their arrival. As crappy as I felt when I woke up this morning it made my day.
